Napoli pizza night

The challenge - to make true Napolese pizza whilst in Napoli.

Ingredients: Italian flour, good olive oil, buffalo mozzarella from the deli, mushrooms, local olives, capers and pasata.

The result - fabulous, delicious but not quite there yet. Oh well will have to keep trying ;)
