Salmon, prawns, cheeses olives and deserts made for a delicious Christmas day with just the
four of us - Jane, Simon, Roisin and Kit. Other than food Jane and Simon arranged a treasure hunt for the kids around The Hollies which was great fun and kept us busy for an hour or two.

Kit definitely wins the grandest hat competition. But how did you get the Christmas tree to stay on? The poinsettia cocktail on Christmas Day (top photo) looks deliciously red too. Another triumph for Nigella's recipes.
